Fable III Twitter integration revealed
(via Xbox 360 Fanboy) - During his panel at GDC 2010, Lionhead's Peter Molyneux revealed that Fable III will include some form of Twitter support. Molyneux discussed the game's experience system, noting that the most important thing in Fable III is to acquire followers. We've heard that before, but then Molyneux said he was going to give the audience a "clue" about a new feature, but that he wasn't allowed to say more.

Dolby issues Axon SDK to bring surround sound to online console / Mac gamers

THQ developing downloadable games based on 'core' brands
(via Joystiq) - "Very aggressive" is the phrase THQ executive VP of Core Games Danny Bilson used to describe his company's plans for downloadable titles across the Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC platforms during a GDC 2010 interview with Joystiq. With two studios dedicated to the downloadable space -- THQ Digital Studios Phoenix (formerly Rainbow Studios) and THQ Digital Studios UK (formerly Juice Games) -- Bilson told us THQ plans to release "up to six" downloadable titles within the next year, some based on the company's biggest brands.

Green Day: Rock Band releases June 8 worldwide
